Service Writer/Advisor - Fredericksburg, VA

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer phones

Schedule and monitor appointments

Obtain vehicle and customer information

Complete repair orders

Clearly annotate vehicle symptoms

Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services

Review and manage inventory

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Experience Required:

1 year Customer service experience

Ability to manage customers, scheduling, parts, part returns, equipment maintenance, etc.

Experience Preferred:

3 year Customer service experience

1 year of automotive industry experience

College degree or equivalent

Education:

High school or equivalent
